Ben Watson is a Chief Marketing Technologist working on digital transformation with some big brands and brilliant geniuses in the IoT, collaboration, pharma, big data and customer experience spaces. Most recently he was CMO of marketing tech firm WhatsNexx, VP Marketing at social media tool vendor HootSuite, a principal customer experience strategist in the digital marketing team at Adobe and has optimized hundreds of customer journeys,launched 30+ software and digital products and over 1000 websites and apps and held roles as Director Product Strategy, Principal Enterprise User Experience, Manager Developer Evangelism, Product Marketing Manager and Product Manager at Adobe, Microsoft and Yahoo! He was one of the first external Adobe bloggers and helped to found and define evangelism at Adobe. Before joining all this tech madness, he spent several years in the advertising agency and publishing space in varied roles such as creative director and CTO. In 2008, he was honoured as one of Canada’s Top 10 Men in Social Media.
